Over 25 years ago, my husband and I decided to do something we had never done before: start home schooling our three year old. That was a long, long time ago and we are still at it.  We have graduated five of our eight children, and the other three are currently at Heritage.  Homeschooling is who we are.  After participating in many homeschool groups over the years, I wanted something different:  a balanced, full-service homeschool co-op that would minister to families.  Thus, the birth of Heritage.

• Full-service - coop & credit classes, field trips, social events

• Ministry - supporting each other through prayer, affordability, educational advising, and meet-ups

 

With the Lord's help, we have been successful in creating this fun-learning environment that enables families to fulfill their requirements at the elementary, middle, and high school levels.  As a result, we have rotating co-op classes which cover different aspects of science and history along with many other creative topics.  We are also able to offer challenging, but affordable credit classes with qualified teachers at the right salary.  The Lord has truly blessed us with an awesome opportunity to minister to incredible families and amazing children.

It has been exciting to watch Heritage grow each year into the full-service group we desired so long ago.
